Preamble
The purpose of Rogue Force is to provide a friendly environment where nations are safe and free to prosper any way they want. It's members can choose to be a part of the alliance government and help the alliance grow or can simply accept its protection and let things take their course. We are mainly an Aqua alliance, but that is for trading purposes only.
Article of War
In order for a member nation to declare war on another, permission must be given from the Minister of Defense first. This includes tech raiding and it is almost encouraged so that newer nations are better prepared for future wars.
When a member nation comes under attack, immediately alert the alliance leadership and do not retaliate. The alliance leadership would rather you let them take care of the matter diplomatically and with their own resources than you risk your own. If you would rather accept the challenge of a war alert the Minister of Defense and something will be worked out.
Keep in mind that everything is going to be handled case by case and every nations' circumstances will be different.
Foreign Policy
Ambassadors and foreign politics are key in keeping Rogue Force and it's members protected. Rogue Force will accept all requests for masking ambassadors, accept most requests for creating embassies, and some requests for formal alliances. This all depends on the foreign alliances' history and policies.
Nuclear Policy
Any member nation of Rogue Force may build and stock up nukes. The only restriction is you may never use a nuke without direct permission from the "Minister of Defense"
Alliance Hierarchy
Elections for Prime Minister are held during the last week of every third month. The nation with the most votes is put into office within the first three days of the next week. He or she then chooses their Deputy Prime Minister.
The Staff Ministers are not elected; they are chosen by all the current alliance staff when a spot becomes empty. Staff Ministers are allowed to resign from their position at any time during times of peace.
Aid Policy
Aid will be given out per request and on basis of need. Keep in mind that just because you join the alliance you are not guaranteed free money. You are however guaranteed its protection and help with your nation.
Resignation
Should a member of Rogue Force wish to resign from the alliance, no worries. All that we ask is that you return any aid received not during a war. If a nation has problems with this, contact the Minister of the Interior and something will be worked out.
Amending The Charter
The Charter is not finished and never will be. Every part of The Charter is subject to change and additional articles may be added at any time.
